More than 50 new manufacturing roles at Clarksville facility underscores continued investment in future-ready U.S. manufacturing careers.
Clarksville, Tenn., (March 26, 2026) – As part of the Reynolds American companies’ (Reynolds American) significant investment in American manufacturing, American Snuff Company, a Reynolds American company, is hiring more than 50 new manufacturing roles at its Clarksville, Tennessee facility, the second-largest production facility across Reynolds American.
The added positions are the latest to be announced since Reynolds American unveiled its forward-looking plan to invest more than $3.2 billion across its U.S. operations by 2030 to support future-ready manufacturing, innovation and workforce growth. Since 2024, the investment has already supported the addition of 1,000 jobs and is expected to support the creation of another 1,000 direct and indirect jobs across its operations and U.S. supply network.

Roles will be posted and filled throughout 2026 and will include machine operator and maintenance technician positions. New employees will receive hands-on training and development to build technical skills that support modern manufacturing operations and long-term career advancement.
Reynolds American’s multi-year investment supports its continued evolution toward a predominantly smokeless business by migrating adult smokers to alternative smokeless nicotine and tobacco products. American Snuff Company is the second largest smokeless tobacco products manufacturer in the U.S.
