XIV. INVESTOR AND MEDIA RELATIONS

The disclosure of any material, non-public information regarding the Company and/or its subsidiaries must be coordinated and approved by the appropriate members of senior management, including Finance, External Relations, Law and Investor Relations. All employees involved with the disclosure of such information are expected to follow the Company Operating Policies and Practices to ensure that such information is properly and fairly disclosed in compliance with applicable government regulations. Additionally, all inquiries by the investment community should be directed to Investor Relations.

An employee who receives any request or inquiry from a representative of the news media for information concerning the Company or the Company's position on any issue, must refer such request or inquiry to External Relations. Employees may not release information to the news media about the Company or its activities.
